2018 Team Registration Form

10am Saturday 20 October to 10am Sunday 21 October

Follow these steps to get started:

  • Organise your team. It can have any number of members but keep it manageable.
  • Your team goal is to raise as much money as you can. We have found that 10 members trying to raise $100 each works really well, but any number is OK.
  • Collect a registration fee of $16 from each team member.
  • Register your team by filling in your details below, and your team member numbers and shirt sizes on page 2.
  • Submit your payment by choosing the available options.
  • Once Funds are received we will call you when your team kit is ready to pick up.
  • Each registered team member will receive a 2018 event shirt and fundraising kit.
  • To add additional members just fill out the form again with your current team name.
  • Our Teams Coordinator can help you with anything you need before, during or after the event.
